DELIVERY

Delivery in France :

- Delivery costs are 2,64€.
- Delivery in 24 to 48 hours.
- Free delivery from 100€ purchase.

Delivery in Europe and outside France* :

- The delivery charge is €5.50.
- Delivery in 1 to 5 working days.
- Free delivery for orders over 200€.

International delivery in the rest of the world* :

- International shipping costs €11.95.
- Delivery in 1 to 10 working days.
- Free delivery for orders over £300.

* For deliveries outside mainland France, delivery times may be slightly longer. If the delivery times are not respected by the delivery services despite our goodwill, the delivery costs will not be refunded.

We deliver all over the world.

You can also pick up your order in our workshop-boutique located at 105 rue Lauriston Paris 75116.

ORDER

- Add your selection of jewellery to your basket
- Go to your basket by clicking on the shopping cart
- Modify your basket as you wish
- Then click on the "Payment" button
- Enter your payment information, it is also at this stage that you can enter your promotional code ;)
- Click on "Continue to payment"
- Validate the payment of your order

That's it, your jewel(s) are coming.
Relax, I will prepare your order and send it to you with a smile!

You have 2 hours to modify or cancel your order by contacting us by email: info@mathildemamuse.com or by phone: 01 45 05 37 28

Once your order has been validated, we will not be able to make any changes.

To track the progress of your jewellery, all you need to do is contact us by e-mail: info@mathildemamuse.com or by telephone: 01 45 05 37 28.

We will then send you your tracking number.

Simply log on to your carrier's website (e.g. La Poste) to find out their status.

I personally produce all the jewellery that leaves my workshop to order.

I also carry out a quality control before sending your order.

However, if you receive damaged or missing jewellery in your order, please contact us at the following address: info@mathildemamuse.com

RETURN & REFUND

You want to return your jewel because it does not correspond to your expectations or because it is not in your size?
Don't worry, you have 14 days to return your order for an exchange or a refund.

Personalised items cannot be exchanged and/or refunded.

Whatever happens, contact us by email: info@mathildemamuse.com or by phone: 01 45 05 37 28

We will agree together on the return of your jewel.

Before sending back your jewel, please inform us of your return by email : info@mathildemamuse.com , including your tracking number (mandatory) and the reason for your return.

Please note: It is very important to return the items in their original packaging with all the accessories sent.

*The costs and risks of return are always at the customer's expense.

** The loss of your parcel by the postal services is at your expense and cannot be exchanged and/or refunded.

Once you have received your order, you have 14 working days to make a return.

Please contact us by email :info@mathildemamuse.com for a prior agreement of our workshop before returning the goods.

You are responsible for the shipping costs and we will ask you to send us the tracking number by email.

Once the 14-day period has expired, you can no longer return goods.
Please contact us anyway to see if we can find an arrangement.

All our jewellery is guaranteed for 1 year after purchase.

Our repairs include: chains, clasps, tassels, and any parts that may become damaged prematurely.

In order for the guarantee to apply, the jewellery must not have been in contact with chemicals or have been subject to negligence.

Wear and tear from your normal daily life cannot be covered by the warranty.

Before sending back your jewellery under guarantee, please send us an e-mail: info@mathildemamuse.com , explaining the situation with your proof of purchase dating less than one year (obligatory) and photos of the damaged product.

I will then give you the procedure to follow.

Attention: We do not guarantee after-sales service for jewellery purchased from our retailers. You must ask the shop concerned to return your jewellery to us for an exchange.

How to apply a promo code?

- The promo code is to be entered at the payment stage.
- The discount is then automatically calculated and applied to your entire basket.
